"Jaguar Travel Group already had a contract with my organization when I began work as the EA to the Executive Director. At 9 AM on my very first day the Executive Director was in an airport in another city on his way home, and his reservations needed to be changed. I didn't know a thing, and called Luanne. She rescued me, and him, even though she did not make the original reservation (if she had, the mistake would not have occurred.)
